Keyboard Shortcuts for Face Manager Goto Button options

I would like to request that the actions provided by the Face Manager's Goto Button be available also via Keyboard Shortcut (or at least just the Goto Person option). 

In addition, could the Face Manager be made to not block IMatch (so that we can use FM on another monitor, while interacting with the File Window as new files are selected via the Goto Person option)...or if that's not technically feasible, could the act of issuing the Goto Command also close Face Manager (so we can immediately interact with the selected file).
