Log File Info.. details.

I am trying to self-diagnose a "sluggishness" issue I am having with IM by reviewing my debug level log file... but was curious if you had any documentation you could share about the log?  For example, what are the columns that appear after the date/time?  Are certain functions more important in terms of analysis that others (like disk seeking items)?

I am also working on an APP that will read the log, parse it and show warning/errors and/or odd timing items for the userbase... so any details would be greatly helpful to that App creation as well.

The log file is for internal debugging purposes. It's contents are not really useful for users.
