I have used the Metadata Analyst to analyze some photos. For some the following message show up

"IMatch is configured to not update the 'last modified' file system timestamp on write-back.
This will cause isses with detection of modified files."

Anyone know where and how I solve this?

This is an option under Edit > Preferences > Metadata 2.
It is enabled by default and you should keep it that way unless you have very good reasons to turn this off.
Probably you have turned this off in the past and forgotten about it.

My settings under Metadata2 is in the attachment. Does it look okay? Little bit unsure which setting to look at....

Mario

The Setting should be Settings: Preserve date/time of original file.

You seem to use IMatch in one of the only partially (and outdated / no longer maintained) translations.
Maybe the setting is moved somewhere due to translation.
Maybe switch back to English to see if the setting shows up.

Thank you. It seems I have the right setting turned on. It must have been off when that happened I guess.
