Hi, when I use the tool - batch processor (Werkzeuge - Stapelverarbeitung) to copy files with new dimensions and another filetype the timestamp is like a new created file . Is ther a possibility to keep the date created from the original file?

You are mistaken.
The Batch Processor does not set any metadata, except for the mandatory fields (depends on the output format).
If you look at the file in IMatch or Windows Explorer, they will show you the date and time the file was created. Which is correct.

Have you considered copying metadata from the source file to the target file?

The Batch Processor offers many options for that: Metadata
For example, copy the "Minimal EXIF" group, which contains several EXIF fields including date and time.

If this is not what you want, you can make the Batch Processor set individual tags like exif:datetimeoriginal or exif:createdate to whatever values you want.
This is even explained as an example in the Batch Processor help: Setting Date and Time Manually
