Assign Person Cover Image in Face Manager

Currently the Person Cover Image which is shown in the People View can only be assigned in the Viewer.

This request is to allow it to be chosen in the Face Manager view of the Person Editor.

The Face Manager shows all faces at once which would make it easier and faster to choose the best one compared to browsing back and forth between multiple images in the Viewer.

This could be selected by a "Cover" button at the bottom of the window (similar to Train) and applied to the currently focused image.
