With respect to my DB Collections:  As can be seen in the screenshot, below, there are 3 entries for "Today", one of which ("Quincy M.E. (S8E8).mkv") wasn't added or created today, but rather on Sept. 15.  I'm also including the log file, in addition to the  screenshot for you troubleshooting.  Thanks.

This category is based on the "added to database" timestamp, retrieved from the file history.
When you look at the history of this file in the History Panel, anything unusual? Which "Added" event is listed?

Looking at the History Panel, the "Added" event just gives a date as September 20, 2020.  This is strange, because when I run the "List Metadata" preset of ECP ("Inaccurate Collections (ECP).txt"), the File Creation Date is set to "2020:09:15", and there is not even a reference to the date of 2020:09:20.

This has nothing to do with metadata.
This date is based on the date and time the file was added to the database. IMatch records this, and many other events, in the file history. And these collections are based on this history, not on file metadata. Hence the name "Files Added".

So, what could have happened that IMatch registered this file as added 5 days later than the date on which I know that I created and added it to the database?  I can't prove it, but I know that I did things with the file in IMatch, such as changing the file name and opening the file from within IMatch, 5 days prior to what IMatch claims to be the 'Date Added'.

I have no clue either. This history entry is logged when the file comes into the database for the first time.
