File Relations @Keywords propagation from masters to versions

In preferences > File Relations > DNG Versioning > Versioning
I have IMatch set to propagate

XMP All Data
XMP Keywords (I know that's redundant but I'm troubleshooting this issue)
Don't copy XMP orientation
Classic IPTC Data (IIM)

And everything works except keywords propagation.

For example if I add

@Keywords|Things|Our Things|Bird Feeders

To an existing master image with a JPG version then do a writeback/propagate that new @Keywords category is not added to the jpg version.

Am I missing something or is there a problem?

Thanks Mario.

I'm using the current 2020.9.4 version of IMatch

1. Have a look at the keywords in the version (with the ECP) before writing back. Anything unusual
2. Disable legacy IPTC propagation for a test. XMP and IPTC overlap. IMatch updates legacy IPTC anyway from XMP when the target file has a legacy IPTC record so you may replace the new record written by propagating XMP with the old IPTC record from the original file...

I think I've got it working now.
Unchecking the legacy IPTC propagation seems to have solved the problem.
Thanks Mario! :)

As I said, IMatch automatically produces legacy IPTC data from the XMP during write-back (only if the target file has legacy IPTC data).
Also propagating legacy IPTC on top will copy over the legacy IPTC from the source file, wiping out the IPTC created by propagating XMP.
