I'm about to use the new "visually identical duplicates".
When I go to "Preferences-Indexing" and look at the categories, I don't have default values that are shown in the Indexing part of the help file.
I don't have:
AUTO-TAGGER
Colors
DUPLICATES
IMatch Standard Categories (but I have IMatch Sample Categories)

Can these categories be imported or do I need to manually create them?

These are just categories I use. I creates a category DUPLICATES, gave it a color-code and used it to assign duplicates found during indexing. You can do the same.
I use a category I named AUTO-TAGGER to keep track of files for which I have automatically added keywords using the IMatch AutoTagger. Color is just a category I use during testing.

All this is optional and you can place and name your categories as you wish.

I have managed to sort duplicats, and it works.
Does it show the newly imported ones as duplictas?
How can I find duplicats, if they have been already imported.
And how can I found their pairs easily? Sometime I have imported small sized images from my phone at first.

IMatch does not search the database for duplicates automatically by default.
You can configure this in the indexing options. This feature has not changed since IMatch 5.
Indexing: Searching for Duplicate Files

For your other question, just typing dupl into the search box in the IMatch help reveals this after one second: Finding Duplicate Files. This should answer your questions.
