prevent from loading previews for some files

I had a crash after adding an older image file-type (Eclipse-Tile .tile) - the files are very big and it seems that IMATCH tried to make a preview (cache-picture) for that file followed by a crash.
Is it possible to prevent IMATCH from loading (making) previews (Quick View Window) for some files?

No.

Not sure what crashed on your system. .tile is not one of the standard formats IMatch supports by default or adds to the database.
