Can not play video in the People help

there is a small video included.

However, I was not able to play it, I tried with Firefox, Chrome and Edge -> non of them worked

It's not a really important video. But I've fixed by supplying an absolute path.
While all images in the help work fine with relative paths using ..\..\, videos don't. Probably a security feature of sorts.
