2021.10.2 I knew it was imminent!

When reading the updates to the unreleased version 2021.08.xx (can't remember the number) I was getting excited by the enhancements.

Then I saw that latest exif version had been added to updates a couple of days ago... I said to myself, "the latest update is imminent". How right I was! 

Latest enhancements read great, I'll check them tomorrow.

I always update the release notes when fixing bugs reported here (with a link back to the corresponding topic) or when I implement new things.
I like users to see how things are progressing, to learn about bugs found and fixed, features that have been requested here being implemented etc.

yes, I enjoy reading the "pre-release" notes, thank you for publishing. It gives one a tantalizing view of what to expect.
