Show Only Folders In Scope

IMatch has the option - Filter Panel->Categories - to show a list-form (instead of hierarchical) of all and only the categories that are assigned to at least one one of the files of all that is displayed in the file window. 
Is there a way to have the functional equivalent in Filter Panel->Folders?  Yes, the database node of Media & Folders - with the Folder Filter and show files with hierarchy active - will, effectively, display a list - in the file window - of only the filters, for which the DB is currently being filtered.  But, it would be nice to also be able to unassign that specific folder from the Folder Panel right away, without the need to first go through the hoops of expanding the tree first to tick the node.

I don't follow. You cannot unassign a folder. What would that do?

The only other place where you see a list of folders is the Folder Filter. You can filter for a specific folder and then unassign files, if you use it in the Category View. If this is what you mean.

Well, if I were able to - in Filter Panel->Folders - toggle between (the currently, only available option) a hierarchical view and a list view, then it would maybe be easier (in the list view) to quickly spot a folder, that I no longer want to be considered in the filter.  As opposed to having to have extra steps involved, expanding nodes, to finally get to the folder I want to exclude. 
Also, if I have - within the files, that are currently being displayed in the file window, with the Filter Panel being paused - the option - in Folder Panel->Folders - to see a list of the folders, that currently apply to the files, that I'm now displaying, I might spot a folder in that list, for which I want to be active in the Folders Panel, and I could just tick the box, right then and there.  As opposed, again, to having to take the added time, necessary, to navigate the folder tree, to find the specific folder I'm interested in being considered.

Add a feature request when none of the features offered by IMatch does what you need.
