No picture for MP4 in file window

I have a MP4 file where no image from the movie is displayed in the file window. In the quick view the 1st picture of the movie is shown.
What is the reason for this and how can I change it?

Select the file and press Shift+Ctrl+F5 > Force Update. Does this work?
