IM5 stays on the screen in the foreground ... is this a bug?

sometimes it happens, that IM5 decides to stay on the screen in the foreground ... <Alt> + <Tab> does not help, click on a background  application does not help ... only a IM5-exit and new start helps ...

Is this a bug?

Define "sometimes"...

IMatch cannot block Windows from switching to other applications. The only exception is when you run the Viewer or the Slide show in full-screen mode, IMatch will be "in front" of other Windows.

Can it not be that IMatch was just awfully busy for a short while and it took longer for Windows to switch to another application?

I have used the Viewer in full-screen-mode before, but for sure at the end i have it closed closed. Sometimes = 3x to 4x ... not ver often.
