JPEG version not displaying correctly in Viewer

See attached screenshots, original scans are jpegs. Edited and export versions as JPEGS in ON1 or Photolab.

Visual proxies set in File Relations.

Visual proxy displays correctly in browser and Quick view but not in Viewer which shows master image.

Have you enabled the use of visual proxies in the Viewer? It can do both, so probably you have just disabled this at some point.
