Recent Categories Tab should indicate current cats framed

In the (new) Recent Categories tab:
The categories to which the current image is already assigned should be shown framed.

Was on my list, did not make it into the 122. Wanted to ship.
Added for build 124, including different frame colors for multi-file selections where not all files share the same categories etc.
