Workflow categories are empty

Dear users.

As you can see in attached image my workflow categories are empty, no files, no child categories. I´ve run "Import categories" several times with various settings and refreshed but without succes. No idea what more can be done, please any idea ?  ??? Thankyou.

I have imported the default category set from "C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\Presets\system-en.imcsx" and it worked fine. All categories imported.
Which set of categories do you try to import?


Make sure you delete the "IMatch Workflow Categories" category for importing.

I already wondered why no other categories were visible.
I thought maybe you had started with a fresh database and removed them...
