Workflow categories are empty

Dear users.

As you can see in attached image my workflow categories are empty, no files, no child categories. I´ve run "Import categories" several times with various settings and refreshed but without succes. No idea what more can be done, please any idea ?  Thankyou.

I have imported the default category set from "C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\Presets\system-en.imcsx" and it worked fine. All categories imported.
Which set of categories do you try to import?


Make sure you delete the "IMatch Workflow Categories" category for importing.

Sorry Mario, again my fault    ,  problem with category filters. Every thing working right now. Thankyou.

I already wondered why no other categories were visible.
I thought maybe you had started with a fresh database and removed them...
