Mini PC as a imatchanywhere server

What do you think of these specs strictly as an Imatchanywhere server? I'll add external storage to house the images.

The problem I see with the N5095 Celeron CPU is that it apparently does not support AVX, according to the data sheet.

AVX is required for IMatch and also for IMatch Anywhere.
I currently provide non-AVX versions for IMatch Anywhere as a courtesy, but download counts for these versions are now always 0, so I will discontinue them shortly.

You need to find a system which has a CPU with at least AVX support. This technology is 10 years old and I wonder why Intel always leaves them out of their cheap CPU lines.

Seems to be a fine device, otherwise.
I wonder why Intel is not including AVX in their modern chips. This processor feature is 10 years old now, and many applications make use of AVX (as a minimum) these days.

I've upgraded to a much more capable device. Intel NUC NUC10i7FNH1 Mini PC/HTPC, Six-Core i7  I need to find some other uses for it. This is a classic example of a solution looking for a problem :-D
