Clearing Panels

New install. The key combination F9 backspace or F9 - only clelars the panels on the right side. Ditto, View, Show/Hide Panels. Anyone else having the same problem or have a solution?

Each View is split into two parts: The left (e.g. the folder tree in the Media & Folders View) and the right (File Window).
In addition you can open many panels, like the Metadata Panel or Filter Panel. These panels can be hidden and shown with the keyboard shortcut. The keyboard shortcut does not impact the View itself.
