Unexpected "Did not shut down properly"

I've attached a log file ("Proper-Close_Startup-Flash").  This is about IMatch having informed me that it did not close properly the time before, when I closed-out both the database and IMatch itself. 

This error took me by surprise because as far as I could visually tell, I (the time before) first closed my database, and then closed IMatch itself.  So, does this backup log file give any clues as to why this happened?

No. The last line is "logfile closed", which is the last thing IMatch writes.
I see maybe a dozen warnings about the spell checker missing a dictionary. Some warnings about files being not writable.

Looks like something happened between IMatch closing the log file closing and IMatch resetting the registry flag.
Probably some driver or the UI toolkit had some trouble.
Nothing serious.
