The easiest way to get the value from a variable into the Windows Clipboard

For once I have an easy question:

I have some variables, like this:
My image {File.Name} from {File.DateTime} is managed by {Application.Name}

and the result is this:
My image 20091210-1334-dog-at-beach.jpg from 10.12.2009 13:34:50 is managed by IMatch

I can do this e.g. with VarToy (what I did here) or with a metadata-Template in a metadata-field and some other possibilities.

My target is to get the result
My image 20091210-1334-dog-at-beach.jpg from 10.12.2009 13:34:50 is managed by IMatch as easy as possible into the Clipboard of Windows (like Ctrl C), so that I can put this with Ctrl V into Word or whatever.

I do this now with VarToy.
For this I must go to VarToy, highlighten the result and then push Ctrl C.
This is easy, but of course, one looks always for an even easier way. 

Can anybody think at an easier way, because I need this sometimes quite often.
