Video only file icon shown

Today I started to add video files to IMatch. So far no problem, but one file shows only the icon of the associated player. I see no difference to other files taken same day with the same equipment. Any idea how to solve this?

Then the 3rd party video library IMatch uses could not understand the format variant used for that video or could not extract thumbnails.
The log file of that session may contain additional info.
There are dozens over dozens of video format variants and containers.
Re-encode the video with a modern converter or wrap it into another container format.

TBH, I doubt that. All videos of that day were done with a DJI Osmo, all with the same settings. And the mediainfo show zero difference beside date/time/size.
But anyway, I deleted the file (after making a backup), added it again, did a rescan and now it shows the thumbnail. Is there a way to force this? Before i did the delete/add operation, a simple rescan didnt help.

Select file, press Shift+Ctrl+F5 > Force Update.

Maybe the file was locked or something. Should have been logged to the log file.
