IMatch Updater App Fail

So, I'm using the Imatch Updater to bring my installation to the current version.  The updater app says that The update has been downloaded to C:\Users\Darius\AppData\Loca\Temp\imatch_licensed_2023_1_4.exe.Click on the button above to close IMatch and to start the update process. 

So, I click the button and nothing is happening.  So, what's wrong?

Please review bug reports and add to existing reports if you have the same problem.
This avoids duplicates and makes things easier to track.
