People Manager - Menu changes when tab people, families or group is used

First of all, I really enjoy exploring Imatch 2023. 

I stumbled over 2 minor issue, not urgent but I figured I mention them.
Not sure if it is an oversight/bug or by design.

Depending on the selected tab for the people manager, I have more or less options available. If I want to edit, merge people or go to the face manager I can't use the family or group tab. See attached screen shots.

I also noticed that you can't use the & sign in the unique family tag. It took me a while to figure out what happens as the window closes without an error message, but no family is created. 
If you leave the family name blank the window shows a red X in the field and stays open. 
Not sure why the & sign would be prohibited for the family name, but if it's the case the window should not close.

This is by design. The toolbar switches to show different controls for different Views.
The classic People Management is done in the People View, and there you have all the buttons.
In the Group and Family views you have controls dedicated to managing groups and families.

I also noticed that you can't use the & sign in the unique family tag.

Not sure about this. Need to check that out.
