Viewer not working as expected

I have a multi-monitor system. The viewer is not working as expected (2023.1.. I have the viewer set to window mode, but no no matter what I do, the viewer opens in full screen. Even if I resize the screen before I close the viewer, it reopens full screen. I have three monitors; the behavior is the same on all of them.

You set the Viewer to window mode (why?) and then maximize the window.
You close the Viewer.
You open the Viewer again. It opens in window mode but is no longer maximized?

I cannot reproduce this here.
I have two monitors and when I maximize the Viewer window in window mode and close and re-open it, it comes up again as maximized. It starts in the default position and size and after a second it maximizes.

Anything special I should try?
How do you switch to window mode? Menu? Keyword shortcut?
On which monitor is your Viewer on which the IMatch main window?
Different screen resolutions or DPI settings for the monitors?
Different graphic cards for each monitor?
...
No other user has ever reported this problem AFAIK and I have no idea what may cause this.

I would not recommend using the Viewer in window mode, because this occasionally locks out some of the DirectX optimizations the Viewer uses.

Switch it to window mode, move it to the monitor you want, switch max to full-screen mode.
