[BBD] Create new people miss family choose option

In dialog of creating a new people missing "Family" field. Need to enter again to edit and select it.

This behavior is by design.
A family cannot be assigned to a person unless the person exists in the database (and has an "id").
When you create a new person, it has no id. The id is assigned when you close the person editor and save the person.

I will add a corresponding message to the person editor.
