Filter-panel settings

Hi,

I want to propose to change the filter-panel settings in that way, that nothing select = no results.

In the Categories View it works correct: no categorie selected, no results. In Media&Folders it works not correct: no folder selected gives all

The same I want to have in the filter-panel: e.g. category-filter-panel, if it is activated and no category is selcted, should give no results. At moment you get all, but that is very unlogic!
