Import from IM 3.6

Dear community,

I have now successfull installed IM 5 beta on my main-notebook parallel to IM 3.6.

For the testing of 5 beta I made a copy of my 2013 pictures (roundabout 5.000)  to a special path. I also imported the categories incl. file-paths from 3.6 to 5 beta. The 2013 pictures are categorized in 3.6.

In 5 Beta I created only a new database, no pictures are read in. Is it possible to read in the special copied 2013 pictures into 5 Beta and get all the categorie-settings back and how? The copied 2013-pictures have the same file-structue as the originals, e.g.: 2013/05/2013-05-20 and so on ...

P.S. in my complete 3.6 database are 120.000 pictures ...

Thx, now it works!

My fault was, to follow the pictures and not the text, because in the pictures the option "Map files using name and path" was marked and I had to select the checksum-option ...

But now it's solved and I can try to get more familiar with 5.0!
