How to view all files needing Write-back

I'm sure I must be missing something obvious here. I see this documentation on the Quick Filter ribbon which seems like it should give me what I want. However, I cannot figure out how to get that ribbon showing. What I've tried:

(1) I've tried clicking into several window areas, but Shift-Ctrl-Q doesn't seem to do anything
(2) I can't find that ribbon anywhere (I even changed the workspace view to Default, in case I lost something by customizing the panels)
(3) Going into Commands and typing "write-back" doesn't tell me how to view those files; typing "quick filter" doesn't give me a way to bring that up directly
(4) I thought perhaps files needing write-back would be an IMatch Workflow Category, but it doesn't appear to be

Easy. Look in "Collections" for the section "Pending Metadata Write-Back" and you'll see them all.
