The experimental quick filter is a great addition to Imatch.

I really miss the ability to filter for flags. I'm sure other users like to filter for pins and dots too. On my big screen real estate is not a problem. Currently 10 labels are shown if there is enough room. How many users are using more than 5?

The ribbon will use all labels you have defined under Edit > Preferences > Metadata.
By default, IMatch ships with a set of labels designed to cover the most frequently label names across major image editors and RAW processors. You can delete all labels you don't use there. Makes also the label drop-down menu shorter.

"Filter for flags" means what? The 3 flags IMatch supports in the File Window (off, checkered, red)?
If I implement that, users may want to filter for dots, pins etc.  Which would make for a very convoluted Quick Filter ribbon.
Simplicity is the key for the Quick Filter I think. For all else, the Filter Panel has all the features you'll ever need.

Why don't you setup a stored filter for the flag you use and use that in the Quick Filter?
You can then apply it from the Quick Filter ribbon with only two clicks.

Let's see what other users think.
