Hello, there are no hierarchical tags for the locations (country, region, city, location). They all appear separately in the metadata, although they can form a hierarchy. E.g. Germany|Saxony|Dresden|Semperoper.
Development suggestion: If I enter e.g. Semperoper, Imatch should automatically fill all "hierarchy levels above". So:Country=Germany, Region=Saxony and City=Dresden. If I enter "Dresden" for City, then only the two levels above. In the event that the selection is not unique, e.g. there are several cities with the same name (e.g. Neustadt), a popup window should appear in which I can select the correct entry. The prerequisite for this is, of course, that the user has already entered all the data describing the town etc. once. Basically the function of a Thesaurus on places.
Have I perhaps overlooked the fact that such a function already exists or can be "built" myself?
Best regards, Uwe

Mario

I recommend using AutoFill, which can do exactly that and much, much more.
