Just a little tip on how to use external AI for systematic categorization and directory creation. I have taught Microsoft Copilot to give me the following output for the command "Systematics [living beings]".
Reich Animalia (Tiere)|Abteilung Chordata (Chordatiere)|Unterabteilung Vertebrata (Wirbeltiere)|Klasse Aves (Vögel)|Ordnung Passeriformes (Sperlingsvögel)|Familie Phylloscopidae (Laubsängerartige)|Gattung Phylloscopus (Laubsänger)|Art Phylloscopus collybita (Zilpzalp)
I then did something similar for creating directories. I then only have to enter both in IMatch. What a time it took me back then to enter that manually. -.-

Not enough info, sorry.

You did teach Copilot that how?
What is your input and prompt?

Ok, I start the discussion like (I wrote in german, but I'll translate it in english via DeepL):

If I name a living being (e.g.) ivy, can you give me the systematics of the plant as follows? As a command I would then simply say "systematics ivy" Plantae|Abt Tracheophyta|UAbt Spermatophyta| [...]

Yes, I can give you the systematics of a living organism if you tell me the name! For your command "systematics ivy" it looks like this:
Systematics ivy
Realm: Plantae (plants) [...]

After that, I kept correcting Copilot so that the directories didn't get too long, whether or not I wanted to have the name like order, etc. I also said that I wanted it to be a flowing text with separation as "|" (command systematics) or "\" Directory command.
Copilot would then like to be reminded as follows.
Erinnerung für Microsoft Copilot:

  • Systematik [Lebewesen]:
Gib die Systematik eines Lebewesens im Format mit "|", z. B.:
     Reich Animalia (Tiere)|Abteilung Chordata (Chordatiere)|...
  • Verzeichnis [Lebewesen]:
Gib die Systematik eines Lebewesens im Format mit "" aus, ohne die Begriffe wie "Reich", "Abteilung" etc. zu nennen. Beim Artnamen soll nur der Anfangsbuchstabe der Gattung verwendet werden, z. B.:
     Animalia\Chordata... \E rubecula (Rotkeh

Stenis

That sounds smart

Do you add this to the Description pompt then and leave it so ... or?

I'm not sure if I've understood you correctly. I created the
a) categories (which then become hierarchical keywords).
b) the directories.
=> IMatch: Create multiple directories or categories.
Of course, this is only important the first time a new species of animal, fungus or plant is introduced, but there are more than enough of them. So my photos are doubly "safe". Once in the correct directory and once with the correct category as keywords within the file. Finally, but I'm not there yet, I would also like an output for the Darwin Core.
