I have been manually going through images from my recent trip to Canada and for this with a time offset, using TimeWiz to remove the offset and just have UK local time.

Is there a way I could filter or search and create a selection to identify images with a time offset?

Tricky, giving formatting, potential 100th seconds part etc.
Try a data-driven category based on the date subject created tag like this:

Image1.jpg

Pay attention to the bold options.

If the camera writes time-zone offsets, you can also use the a Metadata Value filter or a data-driven category based on this tag: Exif::Main\36882\OffsetTimeDigitized\

Thanks Mario, both worked, the second option worked best as grouped each time offset into a single row e.g. -07:00
Thanks

The EXIF variable can sometimes be tricky since cameras or phones sometimes only write one of the EXIF time zone offset tags, or none at all. That's why I offered both solutions.

The first XMP-one relies on the final time IMatch has produced by optionally adding a time zone offset from time zone offsets in metadata or the File.DateTime Mapping Mode (User-defined Time Zone Offsets) selected by the user.
