[OFFICIAL]} IMatch no longer includes the French and Spanish translations

These translations (declared as experimental) were machine-translated version of the IMatch resources for menus, commands etc.

I hoped that, together with some volunteer users, we could maintain additional user interface languages for IMatch.
Unfortunately, this did not work out.

From the next release on, the experimental translations (which were outdated anyway) are no longer included.
The official English and German translations plus the Dutch translation maintained by Mees and the Portuguese translation maintained by José (thanks guys!) remain.
