Propagating AI + Traits to Versions deletes all other metadata

If file relations are set up to propagate AI Tags + Traits to versions, all other metadata of the "version" are removed.

How to duplicate:

1. Have a master+version relation.
2. Check the box to propagate AI tags
3. Use AutoTagger to tag the master
4. All other metadata is gone in the version (you can see that everything disappears from the Camera dashboard for example)

Workaround is to reload metadata for the version.

This issue has been fixed for the next release.
I've also fixed some other issues with propagating the special AI tags along the version chain.
