Ollama autotagger non accessible

After a 2025 upgrade the autotagger app doesn't appear in the App Manager and the link in my favourites doesn't work anymore. In IMatch AI chat app I get what follows:

It appears the Ollama software is not running or not accessible.
Start it or close and start it again to reset.
Afterwards, click into this app and press <F5> to reload it.

How can I proceed? Or am I doing something wrong?

I found that although Ollama was running, it didn't seem to want to load any models as it should have. I checked with Open WebUI running on another device and everything was fine.

I opened up a console window and entered "ollama run llava" which is the model I wanted to use. After that it was fine. And just now Ollama has started the model from IMatch without problems.

The old AutoTagger app is gone, as documented in the release notes.

Díd you follow the instructions for Installing Ollama and downloading a model in the IMatch Help?
There is also a video tutorial for this in the IMatch Learning Center that shows how to do this.

Before you download a model with ollama run modelname, there will be no model Ollama can run. AutoTagger cannot work and the AI Chat App also cannot work in that case.

Hi, ich habe das gleiche Problem wie @dcb, erst ging es bei meiner Hauptdatenbank(Pasonlini), dann nicht mehr,, ollama in der Konsole geht, Ollama bei einer anderen Datenbank geht (ist aufrufbar). Es muss etwas in der Datenbank verstellt sein. Ich habe schon Daenbankdiagnose durchgeführt.
Ich hänge zwei Screenshots an. Es ist für mich kein dringendes Problem.
Sonst bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit dem update und auch das Design gefällt mir gut.

Bitte hänge eine Logdatei (im Debug-Modus, siehe Hilfe->Menü > Support) von einer IMatch Session an, in der Du Ollama genutzt hast. Damit haben wir dann ein Minimum an Informationen, z.B. ob Ollama antwortet, einen Fehler meldet usw.

Vergleiche die AutoTagger-Einstellungen der beiden Datenbanken.
Welches Model nutzt Du?
Ollama mal neu gestartet? Manchmal hängt Ollama sich auf.

Hi Mario,
ich habe noch ein paarmal probiert und das Logfile angehängt. Die Autotagger Einstellungen sind meist identisch, ich nutze das Model llama3.2-vision, habe aber auch alle anderen schon probiert. 
Ollama auf der Konsole funktioniert auch, habe ich immer wieder probiert ( Spieltrieb).
in der funktionierenden Daenbank ist es mir auch gelungen, deutsche Schlüsselwörter zu erhalten.
Ich mölchte aber keinen Stress machen, nur mithelfen das tolle Programm zu optimieren.
