Folder location of Image added to Keyword

I noticed that I was seeing windows folder locations in my Keyword list (2013_12_22_ISO_FredsHouseTest).
See attachment 1)

After a little research it appears that this is coming from "Preferences/Metadata Templates/"Add camera name to keywords".
The tag is XMP:: Lightroom\HierarchicalSubject.

I have the following questions:

1.  What does this have to do with Camera name?  For me, Camera name would be Cannon or Olympus.
2.  What does this tag have to do with the location of the Windows folder name?
3.  What did I do that executed this process of adding these tags.  I don't recall ever running this from "tools\Metadata Templates".

I was able to figure out how to remove this.  I also went and unchecked the "value for this language".

If someone can answer these 3 questions I would really appreciate it.  Also, is there a reason why anyone would like to do this (add the windows file location to an image as a keyword)?  Maybe I should be doing this but I'd like to know if it is something most folks do.  Most of the images I see that have keywords don't include the location.

Thanks for any help in advance!  I have attached 2 examples so you can see what I am referring to.

The tag referenced there accesses the camera model name, not a folder name.
If you copy paste the variable into the App Panel (Var Toy App) what does it return?

Mario:

It returned the camera (C5050Z) so that wasn't where it was coming from.

Any idea how this would show up as a keyword?  I know I didn't type it in.  I had to have invoked something by accident.

See attachment.

Thanks Mario!

No idea.

But if you delete the contents of the tag and run the Metadata template again, does the problem re-appear?
If not, keep an eye open and try to reproduce it. I' cant do much about this if I don't know how it happened.

Mario:

O.K.  Thanks.  I have just deleted all of the tags (Keywords) that refer to a Windows folder.  I will watch and see what happens.
