Create New Folder

When I try and "Create new folder" from within Imatch 5, it does not seem to actually create a new folder on my hard drive. Imatch creates an 'offline folder' only. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Could it be something to do with the NAS drive I'm using?

A bit more info would be required:

+ where (on which level) did you create the folder
+ do you use UNC or mapped folder?
+ when IMatch immediately marks the folder as off-line, maybe it has not been created, or the NAS security interferes and blocks access. Did you check the NAS via the NAS management software? Does the folder exsit? If so, maybe the ACLs are wrong?

Also, please supply the application log file in debug mode (see How to report bugs
) from a session where you attempted to create a folder.

NAS drives usually use a SAMBA to simulate a Windows server, and there are many subtle things that can go wrong.
