Renamer (Replace snow.PDF with snow.JPG)

I have been looking at the help menu and I'm trying to take several files that have the extension of .PDF and change them to .JPG.

Attached is the way I set it up.  Can someone take a look and let me know what I have done wrong?

The Renamer will never change the extension of files. Changing the extension can cause a lot of problems.
If you have accidentally used the .PDF extension for some of your JPEG files, rename them in Windows Explorer.

The IMatch help states (see Renamer help topic, sub section Step Types):

The file extension is protected and never changed.

I am not sure if there is a way to circumvent this restriction.
