I have only started IM and exit it (same 3 times in row)
I have done P&G after 1 st time ,no errors
this was also in .146 (not all time )

This is an unexpected message from the background task which updates the file history.
To not interfere with the user interface and other tasks, the file history data is updated asynchronously in the background.
This message means that IMatch was still writing history data to the database when you closed it, and that this process took so long that it had to be aborted.

What did you do in that session that created so many history entires?
Is your database on a very slow medium (e.g. network server or NAS box)?

DB is on SSD disk (65Gb free)
DB idle time is 1 minute then I test now, still get same error
Log file is from ONLY open IM wait  1 minut (take screen shot ) and close
