Advantages of IMatch over competitors software

Is it possible we start to compile a list of advantages of IM 5 over LR? I was recently asked the advantages and managed to list a few points: speed, tagging options compatibility with other software. However I think a definitive list would be helpful for current users to "sell" the software to friends.
