Problems when moving the settings file to an unknown place.

I do not use the default place to store the iMatch settings file.
If I at a later time move the settings file (imatch5.pts) to another place than iMatch expects I cannot start iMatch.
Instead I get a critical msg: "You idiot have moved the pts file ...  I'm shutting down."  ;)
Maybe iMatch in that situation could use it's default settings to startup or ask for another placement.

The idea is to change the location of the settings file under Edit > Preferences > Application before you close IMatch. So IMatch knows where to find it.

When IMatch cannot find the settings file, it creates a new one automatically. When it can find the folder and is allowed to write to the folder you have configured.

I've created a folder tree on my drive D: (example):

PgmData
     iMatch5
          Appanel
          Config
          Databases
          ...

Told iMatch (5.0.156) to store the .pts in the Config subfolder.
And all was fine.

Later I reorganized my folders - as example renamed the PgmData folder to AppData.
Without first telling it to iMatch.

And then iMatch will not start (the little critical msg).

To get iMatch started I had to first construct the old folder tree.

Yes. What I said.

When IMatch cannot find the PTS file, it tries to create one in the given location. But the folder you have given there no longer existed and so IMatch neither can load a PTS file nor create one. A perfect case of shot yourself in your own foot. I have not added features to handle every obscure case, sorry.
