Filtering Images by Aspect Ratio ("Other" Option)

Once of the options when filtering is by Aspect Ratio, with several choices, "Other" being one.  I'm assuming that "Other" lets the user specify the AR wanted.  How can this be had?

Other stands for all files not meeting any of the predefined aspect ratios.
