Stationary Thumbnails in Grid Layout

As can be seen by my two screen captures, I've modified the "Grid" layout such that the 4th column is the folder path.  The 1st capture demonstrates a horizontal scroll bar to be scrolled to the right to allow visibility of the full path.  This is easy enough to do, which gives way to the 2nd screen shot, showing the entire folder path.  What I was wondering, however, is it possible to effect something that would keep the thumbnails visible in the 2nd screen shot - fixing the thumbnail display so that thumbnails are always visible, regardless of the scrolling of the horizontal bar?

Nope. The file window does not support fixing columns.

I suggest you try: smaller font for the folder name, make the lines higher to allocate more room for the long folder name to wrap etc. Usually you can fit quite a lot of info in the file window in tabular mode. Or switch the View tab on the left to auto-hide to gain more width.
