is this Correct Search behaviour?

If I search for something in the 'Search the file window' box. should the results include filename or foldernames in the results?

I have some files named Carrie.jpg (and similar filenames) in a folder also called Carrie,  if I search just the term carrie

no matter what options I set in the drop down search box,  (search everywhere , search attributes etc)  I am unable to get the files to show in the search results..

is this normal?
