Question about rating

Not sure what I may be doing wrong.  If I rate a raw file the rating disappears after a few seconds.  This does not happen with jpegs. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the community.

You don't give much information about what is going on on your system, what kind of raw files you are rating, what your preferences are etc.

Nevertheless, we have seen some rating problems with CR2 files.

This can happen for some other camera raw files also, e.g., Nikon 1 V1. Same solution, though.
