Hi users,

When I´m writing metatadata and keywords to the files I always have to grab the mouse and click to the next file I want to write to. Ther may be a keyboard shortcut or something similar I´m not aware to go to the next file without mousing.

No keyboard. If you keep an eye on Feature Requests, you'll know that this has been requested and discussed. There are currently nearly 200 open feature requests. Commenting on and voting feature requests you consider important pushes them up the list.

Do tell. I need to juggle all this in my head, plus fixing bugs, making changes, adding new things, answering emails and community posts...

Curious if you use any bug tracking software to manage this?  In the other betas I've been involved with - Mantis has been used to allow users to submit the bugs, exchange commentary and then allow the develop to status update each open issue... there are reports, searches, and I'm sure tons of admin support to help you manage a large project such as IMatch.

Best of all... its free!  https://www.mantisbt.org/

We used Mantis in the Alpha. But it's rather uncomfortable and with thousand users it becomes unusable. It has also security issues.
Most users don't like filling out long forms when reporting a bug and that would cause a bad response ratio. So with the start if the Beta more than a year ago I disabled Mantis and used the community only. Works well since I'm the only person fixing bugs.
