Filter By "File Creation Date/Time"

Consider on my HD, a root, "E:\_01\_Backups\_201309 (C Drive)\_Social Networking\FetLife\_Profiles\".  Under this, there are just under 200 sub folders.  What I want to do is restrict the scope such that only the sub folders that were created in the past few days are visible.  So far, I've successfully created a data driven category that allows for all the sub folders to be displayed.  Now, the challenge is to make this data driven category group the folders by the "File Creation Date/Time".  I don't care about the time, however.  Also, I want this category to group the dates so that 2014 and 2013 would be separated.  Similarly, I want that the months are separated, and the the individual days will be in separate groups as well.  How do I do this?
