Missing thumbnails

Hello, in a folder I have a number of files (ARW). Most thumbnails are fine, some are missing. For testing purposes I created a test folder with 2 ARW and responding JPG. Test1.ARW thumb is missing, all others are fine. (see attachment) Both ARW files are very similar, same camera, same date etc. Please let me know, what checks I should do and what log files are required. Thanks in advance.

Click on one of the problem ARW files, then go to Help > Support > WIC Diagnosis. Show use the result. Maybe the installed WIC codec does not support the ARW variant?

Thumbnail for Test2.ARW is fine. Therefore it has nothing to do with ARW codec? Anyway, see attached WIC diag for Test1.ARW and Test2.ARW. For me, both looks equal. HGF

You have no WIC codec installed which supports the ARW file format.
The Test2 file uses a 160 pixel thumbnail (as it seems) which IMatch has pulled from the EXIF data probably.

Please download and install a WIC codec for the RAW format you are using (check your camera vendor web site) and then rescan the folder with the "Force Update" option set.
