New annotations should be placed at center of visible image

Currently IM places new annotations at the center of the image. ( Default X and Y)
I propose that IM should place new annotations at the center of the visible image. ( If set at default 0.5,0.5 only)

Background: When having very large images displayed very small (small display) a new annotation is (can be) so small that one can not
find the center which one needs to move it.  On needs to enlarge the image to grab the annotation and move it.
This gets complicated when one has to move the annotation far from the center.


I am just placing markers on an image to indicate trouble spots that need to be considered.
This proposal may conflict with other types of attributes I have not considered.

IMatch places new annotations in the center, unless another annotation is currently selected, where the new annotation is places nearby.
